Springtime is always a great time of the year. The cold, dark winter is finally over (or so we hope it is...right?) and it's time for the grass to green up, for the tress to grow their leaves, and for the colorful flowers to bloom. It's also the perfect time to get your garden going. If your not new to the art of gardening, then you most likely know what to do, but maybe you'd like to change it up a bit this year and plant something new this year. If you happen to be new to gardening then maybe you need some how-to materials, seeds to get started, and even the supplies to get this all underway. At The Cook's Garden you can find what you are looking for. From vegtable seeds & plants, herb seeds & plants, cottage flowers, to gardening supplies and recipies, they have what you need. You can even find some helpful tips and tricks in the news articles portion of the site.
Maybe you are tired of the same old seeds and plants that you can get at your local garden supply store (or heaven forbid, Wal-Mart...please don't buy your seeds or plants from there...really...??), but you don't know what to get. At The Cook's Garden they have a 'Featured for 2010' section. How does multi colored bell peppers or seedles golden globe watermelon sound? Ever heard of broccoli romanesco or wanted to grow cosmic purple carrots? There is so much to choose from that I could spend all morning blogging about them, but I won't. Why don't you just click either of the links above or below and go see for yourself. They even have a long list of yummy recipes for you to try out. What are you still here on my blog for...?? I do thank you for being here, but please clink the link and head on over to The Cook's Garden.
